This page describes what personal data Konis Software Doo receives through the ngdms.app website, for what purpose, how long it is kept and how you exercise your rights. The site receives data only when you send it yourself through the enquiry form.
01Who processes the data
Konis Software Doo processes the data as controller; its seat is at Kaplara Momčila Gavrića 7, 11010 Belgrade, Serbia (tax ID 111929303).

02What we collect and why
The site collects personal data only through the enquiry form. We use it to answer your enquiry and arrange a demo or an offer.
- Full name, organization name and e-mail — so we know whom to answer and at which address.
- Phone and number of system users (optional) — only if you enter them.
- Message text — what you write to us about.
03Legal basis
By sending a message you consent to processing, or ask for steps before a possible contract. Abuse protection for the form (reCAPTCHA and a limit on the number of requests) rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Processing complies with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, for visitors from the European Union, with the GDPR where it applies.
04reCAPTCHA
The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects data on how the page is used in order to tell people from automated requests. Google’s privacy rules apply to that processing. The site uses no other third-party tools for analytics, advertising or tracking.
05Browser local storage
Your choice of light or dark theme is remembered in your browser’s local storage and is not sent to us. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
06How long we keep data
Messages are kept for as long as answering the enquiry and the follow-up correspondence requires, unless a regulation calls for a longer period. To protect against abuse, the IP address is kept only briefly, in the server’s memory.
07Your rights
Send your request to office@konissoftware.com; we reply within the statutory deadline.
- Access to your data, its rectification and erasure.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting processing before the withdrawal.
- Lodging a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
08Data in the NG DMS application
This policy applies only to the ngdms.app website. Processing of documents and data that users enter into the NG DMS application is governed by the contract between the user and Konis Software.
